What Trendy Stock Charts does do is it provides different types of stock charting analysis to help individual investors make more informed investment decisions.  The goal of Trendy Stock Charts is to teach individuals how to use and interpret the various analytical tools that are readily at their disposal. Some of the analytical tools used and taught by Trendy Stock Charts include Trendline Analysis, Candlestick Charting, Candlestick Patterns, Moving Averages, Point & Figure Charting, Price & Volume Analysis, Fibonacci Analysis and Elliott's Wave Principles. On the Trendy Stock Charts home page is a link to my prior "Free Stock Updates" to view practical applications of these types of technical analysis and how they can be beneficial in your due diligence and investing process.

What Trendy Stock Charts does not do is it does not provide buy or sell recommendations for any investors, traders or subscribers to the website as each individual's circumstances, time horizons, liquidity needs and other factors are different. Membership Subscriptions

In order to subscribe to Trendy Stock Charts, you will need to provide me with your first and last name, address, email address, and country information. You certify that all information you provide is accurate and agrees with your PayPal account that you used to pay for your Trendy Stock Charts membership. Any information that is not the same may result in delays in processing your membership.

You also agree to maintain and update your PayPal information as necessary so that it remains accurate and current. In the event that any information you provide is inaccurate or not up-to-date, Trendy Stock Charts reserves the right to cancel your subscription immediately.

If you maintain an active subscription, Trendy Stock Charts will charge the PayPal account you provided during the sign-up process automatically at the beginning of each monthly renewal period.

By subscribing to Trendy Stock Charts, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fee as set forth on this website. Trendy Stock Charts reserves the right to increase fees or terminate the membership service at any time with fair notice.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel the automatic renewal process at any time through your PayPal account. There are no refunds for partial months. So if you are unhappy with your Trendy Stock Charts subscription membership for any reason, please be certain to cancel the automatic renewal process through your PayPal account before you are charged with another payment.

Upon canceling the automatic renewal process, you will continue to have access for the duration of your billing cycle. However, once that billing cycle has been completed and there has been a break or interruption in the automatic renewal process with your membership, your previous rate will no longer be available. If you care to re-join Trendy Stock Charts again at a later date, the current membership rate for new members will again apply.

Member Forum Conduct

The concept behind a members only forum, the Idea Chamber, is to encourage members to share information and ideas in a private setting. I take the viewpoint that every person has something to contribute, and a private setting makes it easier for individuals to share their ideas. If you do not agree with someone else's idea or information, that is ok. But please state your disagreement in a respectful manner. This is not a public forum where insults and profanities will be commonplace. This is my private forum and I will not tolerate that type of behavior.

So while I encourage active and open engaging debates among our members but, I also require that it's done in a lawfully and civilly. You may not use my website to transmit content that is abusive, vulgar, hateful, obscene, threatening, or fraudulent. You also may not disclose private personal matters concerning any person concerned with or using Trendy Stock Charts.

Members will receive notices about their inappropriate conduct. However, repeated violations of these terms of service will result in a termination of your membership account - see the Banned Members / Users section below. Member Login Information

You are responsible for statements made and actions taken through the use of your account, so please maintain the confidentiality of your login information (user ID and password). You agree to immediately notify me of any suspected, unauthorized access of your membership account.

Speaking of unauthorized access of your membership account, I also ask that you do not share your user ID and password with any other individuals. I work hard on my updates and provide a lot of valuable information for the nominal membership fee, so please let me get paid for my efforts. For the record - I do monitor and track user ID's by their IP addresses. So again, please do not share user ID's and passwords as it will not be tolerated.

Unauthorized access of Trendy Stock Charts is a breach of these Terms of Service and a violation of the law. You agree not to access Trendy Stock Charts by any means other than through the interfaces I provide for use in our accessing my website.

As a member of Trendy Stock Charts, you also agree that you will not use any automated means, such as agents, robots, scripts, or spiders, to access, monitor, copy or harvest data from any part of my website or take any action that damages or disrupts the functioning of my website.

Banned Members / Users

Repeated violations of any of the policies included in these Terms of Service will cause your membership account to be immediately terminated. Members will receive a warning that their conduct is not appropriate and be provided a chance to clean up their conduct before their membership account is terminated.

If your membership account is terminated and you are banned from Trendy Stock Charts, your membership access to Trendy Stock Charts will cease immediately. No refunds will be provided for banned members / users of Trendy Stock Charts.
