US Stem Cell inc.

I threw some loose change I had in the couch at this stock a few years ago .Suffered threw a 10 to 1 negative split. Watched it decline to under a penny and now it seems to finally have some action. Cant help but wonder if it isn’t anything more than pump and dump?

Thoughts? Anyone else own this?
